The first phase of constructing one of the most advanced and ecological office buildings in Poland has been completed. The complex has also obtained a final occupancy permit. Integrated services for Podium Investment are provided by the CBRE company, who is responsible for the commercialisation and management of the completed part of the complex.
Construction work in the modern Podium Park office buildings in Czyżyny in Cracow is under way. In relation to the completion of the pre-lock-up stage of Building A, Podium Investment commenced finishing work. At the present moment, in line with the schedule, building shell works are conducted in Building A. Completion of the first building is forecast by the end of June 2018. An indisputable advantage of the project is its excellent location, which guarantees quick access to all major business centres in the country.
