1993
1996
Completion of the first development project, the OPEL car showroom, the largest building of this type in Lesser Poland that time.
2000
Completion of the Euromarket Office Center – the first A class office building in Cracow. In the project, for the first time in Poland, the function of an intelligent building, i.e. an integrated facility management system, was applied on a large scale.
2000
Awards for the Euromarket Office Center in the Construction of the Year 2000 and the Mister of Cracow 2000 voting contests.
2001
Award for the Euromarket Office Center in the Intelligent Building of the Year 2001 voting contest.
2013
Completion of the BMW Mini Motorrad showroom, the most modern facility of this type in Poland.
2014
Award in the Cracow – My Home voting contest in the category of Public Service Architecture for the BMW Mini Motorrad showroom.
2015
Commencement of the design works on the PODIUM PARK office complex in 2015.
2016
Commencement of the construction works of the first stage of the
PODIUM PARK project.
2017
Podium Park is awarded the Outstanding mark of the BREEAM certificate and falls into the group of six most ecological European investments of BREEAM Awards 2018.
2018
The end of the first stage of the PODIUM PARK project in 2018
