The first phase of constructing one of the most advanced and ecological office buildings in Poland has been completed. The complex has also obtained a final occupancy permit. Integrated services for Podium Investment are provided by the CBRE company, who is responsible for the commercialisation and management of the completed part of the complex.
Podium Park is a complex of three linked 11-storey office buildings located in the Cracow district of Czyżyny. It encompasses a total area of 65,100 m2, with 47,600 m2 of office space and 3,100 m2 of service space, as well as 800 parking places and 300 bicycle parking stands. Podium Park is a project designed and arranged in accordance with a wellness strategy – ensuring the well-being of employees in their workplace.
Completed in June 2018, the first facility has an office area exceeding 16,000 m2. The leased space is currently undergoing fitting out works. Manufaktura Zdrowia is going to be Podium Park’s first tenant.
“We aspired to create the most friendly working environment on the European scale, which will directly translate into the quality of using it by more than 6,000 employees. The proof of this is the BREEAM Outstanding certificate, which is on the highest possible level, as well as inclusion in the list of six of the most ecological investments in Europe of BREEAM Awards 2018,” indicates Wojciech Dobrzański, President of the Management Board of Podium Investment. “Such a unique project required a professional and experienced partner, who would meet our uncommon requirements. Our cooperation up to now with the CBRE company proves that we had made the best possible choice,” adds Wojciech Dobrzański.
CBRE is the sole agent responsible for the process of commercialising Podium Park and, from 1 September 2018, an exclusive manager of the first phase of the project. It is responsible, among others, for supervising technical, operational, administrative and financial issues and maintaining positive and long-term relationships with tenants.
“Podium Park is another office building in Cracow, which will join the group of office properties that we manage. Awareness of the local market, knowledge and experience will certainly contribute to the overall success of this investment. Especially since this is yet another area, where we can cooperate with Podium Investment – we were entrusted with the commercialisation of the complex two years ago,” says Sebastian Biedrzycki, CBRE Director, Head of Office and Industrial Asset Services.
CBRE currently manages financial matters of 80 commercial office properties, both retail and storage, with a total leasing area of 1.6 million m2. Dynamic income growth as well as an increase in employment in the Asset Services Department in the last three years is an immediate effect of a substantial augmentation in the number of properties we manage, which could not have happened without the enormous trust that our clients place in CBRE.
