The office building will include above-standard solutions in the field of ecology and modern technologies, and building parameters significantly exceed the requirements of the BREEAM certification.
As part of the investment, the following elements were designed: green areas with a total area exceeding 5,000 m2, green courtyards, “Urban farming” zone, relaxation zone, green terraces located on two-storey links between buildings. A distinctive element of the complex will also be a technically-advanced facade made according to the requirements in force since January 2021 in the field of thermal insulation. As much as 95% of waste generated in the construction process will be recycled.

In the rooms, noise levels of up to 40 dB will be reduced, and thanks to a modern air-conditioning system in the building, there will be up to 50% more air than expected by Polish standards. More than 60% savings in water consumption are also foreseen..

Our lessees will be provided with electric car rental, scooter and bicycle rental, charging stations for electric vehicles and extensive cycling infrastructure (lockers, showers, roofed shelters, repairing stations).
