The Euromarket Office Center is the first A class office building in Cracow. The building was erected in 1998-2000 in the north-western part of the city, in the Krowodrza district, at the intersection of Radzikowskiego Street and Jasnogórska Street. In the 5-storey building, for the first time in Poland, the function of an intelligent building, i.e. an integrated facility management system, was applied on such a large scale. The companies that located their headquarters include: Fortis Bank, BP Poland, Canpack or Motorola.
The investment was awarded with numerous prestigious prizes, such as: Intelligent Building of the Year 2001, Construction of the Year 2000 and Mister of Cracow 2000 for the best public utility facility.
